We would like to introduce a case where 3D models were utilized in the construction planning of ENEOS Systems. Facilities such as refineries owned by the ENEOS Group are aging, and there have been challenges where the information on the drawings necessary for management is outdated for some facilities. By using drones to capture images of the exterior of idle plants that require documentation for removal or renovation, we were able to create 3D models from still images. This has enabled the development of more detailed construction plans.
